At Stanton Optical, we not only strive to provide the best customer experience, but we also strive for excellence and growth as an organization, and as they say hard work pays off.
Stanton Optical was recently awarded a prestigious spot among the top 5,000 growing companies within the U.S. by Inc. Magazine. Stanton Optical placed within the top 50% claiming the 1,923 spot out of the 5,000 companies awarded.
Every year Inc. Magazine ranks the fastest growing companies in the U.S. according to their percentage revenue growth over a 4 year period. In order to receive such accolades, the companies have to be based in the U.S., and they have to be privately held and independently owned. Furthermore, the company must be able to show 4 full calendar years of sales.
Over the past 4 years, Stanton Optical has experienced a 205% growth, and just last year made over $68 million in revenue. For a relatively young company, that is impressive growth!
Additionally, Stanton Optical added 532 jobs into the marketplace with its already 723 current employees.
Our CEO, Daniel Stanton was delighted to learn that the company received such award and attributes the success to the people who make Stanton Optical.
“We’re extremely thrilled to have collectively reached this most recent milestone. From day one this company’s mantra has been to surround ourselves with great people. This milestone is an example of us living up to that mantra. 205% growth over a three year period is something we’re all very proud of and a representation of collaboration and dedication”
This recognition comes as the second award for the company this year. In May, Stanton Stanton Optical placed 20th on the Top 50 Optical Retailers in the U.S. by Vision Monday.
Palm Springs, FL – Here at Stanton Optical, we not only value our employees, and customers. We also greatly value the communities we serve, and that has welcomed us with open arms. Since 2013, Stanton Optical has participated in giving back to the Palm Beach County, a community that has given us so much.
Since 2013, Stanton Optical has placed donation bins at all of our Palm Beach locations for people to place gently used shoes, school supplies and athletic shoes and equipment. These donations were given to the In Jacob’s Shoes Foundation which then provided the donations to economically disadvantaged youth in the area.
The In Jacob’s Shoes foundation was founded in 2008 in memory of Jacob S. Zweig who was tragically killed at the age of seventeen. The mission of the organization is to provide economically disadvantaged children with gently used athletic shoes and equipment, shoes, and school supplies. They also award these children with scholarships for camp, athletics, travel, after school care and most importantly education.
This past year Stanton Optical participated in donating to the organization and giving back to the community that has given us so much. This wouldn’t have been possible without the help of our staff and the customers who contributed to this great cause. THANK YOU!

Protecting your children’s eyes is something that should always be a priority, as is getting their immunizations. This is especially true for kids under the age of 10. Kids eyes are most sensitive before the age of 10, because they are still developing. As parents it is important to keep that in mind and make sure your little rays of sunshine have adequate eye protection and obtain their yearly eye exam. The month of August is not only Back to School, but it is also National Children’s Eye Health and Safety Month. Here at Stanton Optical, we believe that kids eye health is crucial to their success in school and life, so we’ve compiled a list of tips and suggestions on how to protect your kids eyes all year round.
When they are reading, make sure that:
- The room had evenly dispersed lighting
- You discourage them from reading lying on the floor
When they use electronics (TV/Computer), make sure that:
- They take breaks and look away from the screen
- Place the TV at eye level or just below it
- There’s a light on in the room while they are watching TV or on the computer
- Limit the amount of time they spend in front of the screen
Finally, make sure that your kids are obtaining a well balanced diet, and provide them with toys that will help them with visual development.
Furthermore, parents should also be on the look out for signs such as , squinting, crossed eye, swelling and itchiness as these may indicate a more serious condition.
