Sean Maldonado, General Manager of the Stanton Optical store in Bakersfield, California is a proud supporter of the program.

Sean mentions that “our location has also partnered up with the HEP program here in Bakersfield which is connected with the California State University of Bakersfield. We have been working together since November 2012. HEP is an educational equity program which serves individuals who are migrant or seasonal farm workers and their families.

HEP helps students who have dropped out of high school or who did not have the opportunity to finish high school. Each student is given an allowance for their eye care and I have earned their business by providing them with different economical options for their students.”
