Initially the appointment and eye glass fitting were good, but then they told me my glasses would arrive in about 10 days. 14 days passed, no glasses. After 21 days, I called and no glasses. Finally about day 23 I stop by the store. And yes, the glasses are there. Their excuse was that someone forgot to scan them in when they arrived over 2 weeks prior. Then they open the glass case, and the glass frames are bent. So they said they would fix them and bring them to my work. They didn't. So on a Saturday I get a call to pick up my glasses. I drive all the way there, and the glasses are NOT ready and won't be for another 2 weeks. So it will take me 6 weeks to get my glasses, maybe? Totally incompetent. I would gladly change this review if they seek to make it right, and give a discount and an apology!

It a matter of 5 minutes, the eye doctor told me I was wasting his time TWICE. As he was pushing the refracter up to my face, he said my bush was in his way (referring to my hair). I would tell you his name but he never introduced himself. I've been experiencing a lot of vision problems lately and despite my "exam" showing no new issues or obvious answers, he made absolutely no effort to help me figure out why my vision has been off. He then wrote me a prescription for lenses and I honestly don't think he even thought it would help (now that I'm home with the glasses on) I was blown away by his lack of professionalism and how rude he was in such a short time. They advertise a free eye exam and 2 pair of glasses for 69 dollars. We spent around 250 all together. The lady who help me check out quoted us at an even higher rate, and only when I asked "how is this possible" did she say she could help me out and lower it for me... right. If I hadn't spoken up she would've charged me the original price. I left with my glasses out of desperation and needing something to help me see. And now I feel like a fool who was taken advantage of. The only positive was that the lady was, at least, nice.
