Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed at each of our retail eyeglass stores. If you’re not completely thrilled with your prescription eyeglasses for any reason, simply return them within 30 days of when you picked them up, and Stanton Optical will exchange them for a new pair of glasses of equal value. To exchange the glasses for a pair with a higher value, you’ll only pay the difference. If you’re exchanging the glasses for a pair with a lower value, the difference is not refunded.
If your glasses break due to an obvious manufacturing defect we will happily replace them with a new frame or new lenses.
Stanton Optical will make your eyeglasses according to the prescription values recorded at the time of purchase. If you don’t have a recent eyeglass prescription, we highly recommend you schedule an eye exam from one of our independent optometrists before ordering your prescription lenses.
Normal wear and tear or accidental damage, such as scratches or breakage not caused by a product defect, are not covered under our guarantee policy. Also, the policy does not include replacement due to theft or loss.
