The eye exam is free with the purchase of two pairs of glasses. Without insurance or eyeglass purchase, the cost of the eye exam is $79* ($109 in AK, ND). A contact lens exam typically costs $119* ($129 in OK, AR, AK, ND and SD) and includes prescriptions for both contacts and glasses, and a free pair of trial lenses.
